3. Asking price and photographs

Your asking price helps us assess your request. Any offer is provisional until we inspect the device. We may offer a different amount or decline to purchase.

Remove personal data and back up anything important before handover where possible. Do not submit passwords, recovery keys or identity documents in this form. You must own the computer or be legally authorised to sell it. The final price and sale require your explicit agreement after inspection.

Common questions

Can I send a device that does not turn on? Yes, tell us what happens when you try to power it on and if you are selling it for parts. We may decline it after review.

Do you collect computers? No. Buyback devices are brought to our office only after staff agree a suitable drop-off.

Is my asking price guaranteed? No. The provisional and final offers are manual decisions, and the final price requires inspection and your agreement.
